The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating beautiful, healthy smiles and a commitment to delivering high-quality orthodontic care. As part of our team, you will work alongside talented professionals to provide personalized treatment plans and exceptional patient experiences. *Key Responsibilities:* * Diagnose and treat dental malocclusions and oral cavity anomalies * Develop customized orthodontic treatment plans for patients of all ages * Fit and adjust orthodontic appliances, including braces, aligners, and retainers * Educate patients and families on oral hygiene and post-treatment care * Monitor progress and make adjustments throughout the treatment process * Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all safety and infection control protocols * Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists as needed *Qualifications:* * Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree * Orthodontic residency from an accredited program * Valid state license and certification to practice orthodontics * Proven experience in orthodontics (preferred) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Commitment to patient care and continuous learning * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team *Compensation and Benefits:* * Competitive salary and potential for commission-based pay * Flexible work schedule * Professional development opportunities * Supportive and positive work environment * Comprehensive benefits package (if applicable) Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: From $250,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Supplemental Pay: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Yearly bonus Ability to Commute: * Naperville, IL 60540 (Required) Work Location: In person
