Associate Dentist

This role involves performing a variety of dental procedures, collaborating with our team to ensure optimal patient outcomes, and maintaining accurate medical records. *Responsibilities* * Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. * Perform dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics. * Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. * Provide pediatric dentistry services with a focus on creating a comfortable environment for young patients. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using Dentrix software. * Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care. * Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure smooth workflow in the office. * Stay current with advancements in dentistry and best practices. *Skills* * Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of medical records management. * Experience in dental extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics. * Strong skills in four-handed dentistry techniques. * Knowledge of pediatric dentistry principles and practices. * Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental practice management software. * Excellent patient assessment abilities with strong communication skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within a busy dental office.
